All of Sussex will be in Tier 4 as of Boxing Day so the swim is closed for the foreseeable future and no yoga classes can be held.

If you want to attend one of our Events please register on the Events page. Anyone who registers will be contacted as soon as we know we can start them again.
We have plans for 2021 that include a new outdoor venue with swimming pool and the Naked Heart Walk at Painshill Park in support of the British Heart Foundation.
